Day 1: Angkor Wat Sunset Wonders

Head to Angkor Wat, exploring the massive, awe-inspiring Angkor Wat while your guide explains the intricate bas-reliefs and continue to visit Ta Prohm, the iconic "Tomb Raider" temple left largely to the embrace of giant tree roots.

Day 5: Scenic Drive To Battambang & Mountain Temples

 

Morning: Check out of Siem Reap. Enjoy a smooth 3-hour private drive to Battambang, Cambodia's leading rice-producing province and artistic hub.

Lunch: Break at a reputable, air-conditioned restaurant nearby the city. 

Afternoon: Check into your hotel. Head out to visit Wat Banon, an 11th-century mountaintop temple often called the "mini Angkor Wat." Climb the 358 steps for sweeping views of the surrounding orchards.

Evening: Take a walking tour of Battambang’s beautifully preserved French Colonial historic center along the Sangker River.

 

Day 6: Heritage Houses, Bamboo Train & Millions of Bats

 

Morning: Visit Wat Kor Village to tour a preserved, century-old traditional Khmer wooden house. Next, experience the famous Original Bamboo Train (Norry), a unique, thrilling open-air rail ride through the countryside.

Afternoon: Rest during the heat of the day. Around 3:30 PM, drive to Phnom Sampov.
